“Kandal: An assistant of the prime minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia Samdech Akkak Moha Senapadei Dekchor Hun Sen, Mr. Eang Sophalet, said that former Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs [1993] and former parliamentarian, Mr. Muto Kabun [武藤 嘉文 - Mutō Kabun], told Prime Minister Samdech Dekchor [Hun Sen] that he had heard the fame of the prime minister since Samdech was 30 years old through Mr. Watanas [?] who had told him that there was a young, clever, and good leader in Cambodia. Since then, he wanted to meet Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen.
