Cambodia's Opposition Leader has been stripped of his Parliamentary immunity for a second time this year, over a dispute about wooden posts marking the border between Cambodia and Vietnam.
Cambodia's Parliament voted on Monday to remove the legal immunity of Opposition Leader Sam Rainsy.
The move clears the way for a court to investigate the former finance minister, who stands accused of overseeing the removal last month of wooden posts marking the border between Cambodia and Vietnam.
