Chuan says Hun Sen returns debt of gratitude to Thaksin

Democrat Party chief advisor Chuan Leekpai said Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen appointed fugitive Thaksin Shinawatra his economic advisor because Hun Sen is in debt of gratitude to the former PM.

Chuan said Thaksin and his Pheu Thai Party sacrificed the national interest of Thailand to help Hun Sen win the latest election in Cambodia so the Cambodian prime minister had to return favour to Thaksin.
