PHNOM PENH — Viet Nam and Cambodia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) earlier this week to research the feasibility of a hydropower project in Cambodia.
The Stung Treng hydropower plant, with a capacity of 980 MW, is located at Stung Treng Province in Cambodia, where there are many hydroelectric projects being developed.
