Mao Zedong's grandson now China's youngest major general [... he's 40. Now, how old is Hun Manet again?]

Mao Xinyu of the red CCP aristocracy, recently became the youngest Chinese general at the age of 40.
Hun Manet of the CPP aristocracy was made general in 2009 at the ripe age of 32. Eat your heart out, Chairman Mao!

Mao Xinyu, the grandson of Mao Zedong, has become a major general, as shown by his shoulder patches in a picture released on the official Web site of Guangyuan in China's Sichuan Province on July 29 when he paid a visit there. At the age of 40, Mao is China's youngest general in the military.

Mao Xinyu is now serving as the assistant head of the Academy of Military Science's War Theory and Strategic Studies division. He received a doctorate from the military academy in 2003 and was appointed to his current position in 2008.
