Not to worry about Prince Ranariddh’s presence: Kem Sokha

“I do not worry about Prince Ranariddh’s appearance”, Human Rights Party president Kem Sokha told reporters during a press conference Dec 13 at HRP headquarter in Phnom Penh.

No party doesn’t have a real position, support or oppose the ruling party, he said. “Prince Ranariddh has nothing strange, no change. He is not a new actor and he still keeps supporting Hun Sen’s ruling CPP. But if he turns to democrats, he will be able to mobilize them and people support him,” added Kem Sokha is also Member of Parliament.

Sadech Krom Preah Prince Norodom Ranariddh recently affirmed he will restart his political career with his Norodom Ranariddh Party. He also announced his new political position he will not oppose Hun Sen, quite to the contrary, the prince showed his position that will seek cooperation with Hun Sen’s ruling CPP, as well as his intention to unite with the Funcinpec in order to form a new royalist party.
