Caretaker Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya will lead a Thai team to present Thailand's argument in the Preah Vihear dispute to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) next week, Foreign Ministry spokesman Thani Thongphakdi said on Friday.
The Cambodian government has asked the ICJ to interpret its 1962 verdict on the ownership of the Preah Vihear temple and the disputed surrounding area.

Mr Thani said a delegation from the Foreign Ministry led by Mr Kasit would be in the Hague, in the Netherlands, from May 28 to June 2.
This follows the ICJ's request that the Thai government present its case to the court on Monday and Tuesday next weekl.The Cambodian government has asked the ICJ to interpret its 1962 verdict on the ownership of the Preah Vihear temple and the disputed surrounding area.
