Former high-profile RFA reporter trains staff of upcoming Deum Ampil Radio

Mr. Mayarith, an ex-Radio Free Asia (RFA) reporter has begun his job of training the staff of the upcoming Deum Ampil Radio in preparation for its much anticipated launch on 19th December.

Ten future staff of Deum Ampil Radio have begun their training on the 1st of August. This is the first batch trained by Mr. Mayarith who had twenty years in radio broadcasting.

Mr. Mayarith had unexpectedly resigned from RFA without clear reason. Within hours of his resignation from RFA, Mr. Soy Sopheap, publisher of Deum Ampil newspaper, offered a position of director for his soon to be launched Deum Ampil Radio.
