The Foreign Ministry has filed a police complaint against Jatuporn Promphan and two other leaders of the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) accusing them of making public a confidential official document.
Chavanond Intarakomalsut, secretary to Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya, said the complaint was filed with the Crime Suppression Division police on Wednesday. The two others named in the complaint are Nathawut Saikua and Kobkaew Pikulthong.
Mr Chavanond said the three had defamed and caused damage to the Foreign Ministry by making public a confidential internal document assessing the situation concerning Cambodia and former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
