Japan offers $2 mil. for document center at Khmer Rouge tribunal

PHNOM PENH, (Dec. 26 KYODO)--Japan has provided $2 million to construct a legal document center of the Khmer Rouge tribunal, the Japanese Embassy in Cambodia said Saturday.
