The People's Alliance for Democracy plans to take legal action against Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and Deputy Prime Minister overseeing security Suthep Thaugsuban for dereliction of duty, PAD co-leader Chamlong Srimuang said.
Yellow-shirt leaders Maj Gen Chamlong, Panthep Puapongpan and Prapan Khunmee appeared on stage at the PAD protest rally on Wednesday morning.
"The PAD's legal team is preparing documents to file a suit against Mr Abhisit, Mr Suthep and other ministers in charge of protecting the land of our country with the Supreme Court's Criminal Division for Holders of Political Positions and the National Anti-Corruption Commission," Maj Gen Chamlong said.
