At least 150 people have died in
Cambodia and southern
Vietnam in the worst flooding along the Mekong River in 11 years, after heavy rain swamped homes and forced thousands of people to evacuate. Most of the deaths have been in Cambodia, where 141 people have died since Aug. 13.
