Six Borei Keila Women Arrested for Peaceful Demonstration on Feb 1, 2012

This is 3 min of raw footage from this morning’s violent arrests of six Borei Keila residents protesting peacefully outside City Hall to demand a) release of representatives currently detailed, b) two buildings be built as per the original contract, and c) compensation for belongings destroyed during unlawful eviction in January.

Also in front of City Hall this morning with Borei Keila were former Boeung Kak Lake residents demanding more compensation as relocation site is unlivable. Current leaders of Boeung Kak lake were also on scene to bear witness and in solidarity.
