International
observers from democratic countries and respected organizations will
not come to observe communist-style elections. The result of such fake
elections will not be recognized as legitimate because it will not
reflect the will of the Cambodian people. Any government stemming from
such illegitimate elections will be likewise considered as illegitimate.
Then the Cambodian people will have the right and will be given the
means to remove from power any illegitimate and illegal government.
