Cambodian police of the Anti-Human Trafficking Office on Saturday sent two French men to Phnom Penh Municipal Court accused of exploiting a Cambodian girl for pornography, a local authority said.
Chief Officer of Sexual Fighting Human Exploitation Keo Thea on August 22 told DAP News Cambodia that the accused French men were Chalot Michel Jean Raymon, 63, and Demeret Claudin Jean Pierro, 60.” Keo Thea said one of the men was arrested at around 11 am on August 20 at Sour S’dey guesthouse, # 38, Street 86, Srah Chak commune, Daun Penh. “We cooperated with local authorities and Anti-Human Trafficking Office forces to arrest the first man [Chalot Michel Jean Raymon ].”
The police found and confiscated as evidence some condoms, one TV set, sex DVDs. At 4pm the second man, Demeret Claudin Jean Pierro was arrested at the Golden World guesthouse in Sothea Ros Street, Tonle Bassc commune, Chamkar Morn district, said keo Thea. “When we arrested him, we found evidence such as 7 artificial penises, two artificial breasts, two video-camera sets, three camerases, sexual disks, 42 cassettes, three memory sets, four mobile phone sets, two bottles of slippery liquid, beads to insert in vagina and one mask as well.”
Sources told DAP News Cambo-dia that the “Two old French men always committed bad actions on girls; they raped and took pictures.”
The Phnom Penh Municipal Court remanded the two men in custody pending further investigation.
